About the Service
RM Radio apps are radio directories and aggregators. The App does not host, store, copy, or retransmit any audio content. All radio streams are publicly available sources provided by the respective broadcasters on their own servers or authorized CDN infrastructure. RM Radio acts solely as an intermediary that connects users to publicly available streams. No audio data passes through our servers at any point.
Information We Collect
2.1. Personal Information
We collect minimal personal and usage data to improve your experience, display relevant ads, and analyze usage patterns. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any directly identifying personal information unless you voluntarily contact us.
2.2. Non-Personal Information
We may collect non-personal data automatically, including:

- IP address (for analytics and regional content)

We use Google AdMob, AppLovin, and Meta to show personalized or non-personalized ads. They may collect:

3.2. Analytics Tools

3.3. Radio Stream Providers
When you play a radio station, your device connects directly to the broadcaster's server or their authorized CDN. The broadcaster may collect data about your connection (such as IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policy. RM Radio has no control over and is not responsible for the data practices of individual radio stations or their CDN providers.
The App does not modify, alter, or edit the audio content provided by broadcasters. We do not insert additional audio advertisements into the streams. The App acts as a passive pass-through player.
Consent & User Choices
4.1. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
For users on iOS 14.5 and above, we request your permission before tracking activity across other apps and websites, in accordance with Apple's ATT framework.
4.2. Consent for Personalized Ads
You can manage your advertising preferences from the "Privacy Settings" screen in the App at any time.
4.3. Opt-Out of Data Collection
You can restrict or opt out of data collection via your device settings (iOS Privacy settings) or the app-specific privacy settings within the App.
Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information:
- All collected data is anonymized and encrypted in transit
- We retain user data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy
- No audio content, no sensitive personal data, and no listening history linked to individual users is stored on our servers

Third-Party Content and Broadcaster Rights
All radio streams, logos, station names, and related media accessible through the App are the intellectual property of their respective radio station owners, broadcasters, or licensors. RM Radio does not claim any ownership of this content.

Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that personal data from a child has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
